Historic Design and Management

Includes: developing rehabilitation techniques and programs for properties, locally and nationally listed, to maximize the use of these structures while meeting all city and county building codes, zoning and design requirements; developing preservation design guidelines, coordinating downtown revitalization efforts, planning coordinated signage programs, and providing property owner design assistance.

Interior Design

Twenty years experience in commercial and residential interiors. Recent work was with the Yurok and Hoopa tribes (Native Americans from Northern California). This included the interior of a health center in Hoopa that incorporated original photos of traditional basketry in a variety of spaces open. Colors, textures, and patterns chosen for finishes helped honor these locally produced art forms.
